Forget the password of the super user in PAM

Good day. Change the password of the super user in PAM, but now I do not remember it. How can I reset my password? regards

Hi Alan, you can't. You will need to open a support case. If you don't remember the config user password either (assuming you changed it), it would get complicated.

If you forgot the config user password you can reset it via the "Reset Password" menu item on the VM Console screen.

Yes, if it's a VM. For a hardware appliance someone would have to go to the front panel and reset it there.
