CA PAM Resolution settings

Hi Team,

 

Please confirm if we can implement below requirement: 

1) Whenever user tries to login using RDP ,user should by default login in a full screen mode.

2) Whenever user tries to take the RDP session via CAPAM by default domain name and his username should be filled into the RDP session,user should only be prompted for password.

Hi Bhymesh,

1. This is per user setting. Each user can customize this by clicking on the user name link on the top right and under User Information select Terminal Customization. This includes default RDP Resolution and one of the selections there is Fullscreen.
2. This is not part of PAM functionality. PAM provides Kerberos authentication for LDAP or PIV/CAC card users for auto-login into Windows target devices using the credentials that got the user logged on to PAM, but if that is not used and no account is configured in policy for auto-login, it does not prepopulate the username.
