I have configure CA Controlminder 12.8 to use Active Directory as a User Store at the time of installation.
I want to change it to Embedded User store so that users can authenticate to the Controlminder application.
Do I have to re-run the installation wizard to change the User store?
I have already configured some Endpoints in the Controlminder, will it effect in any way?
What are the things to take care when I go ahead this re-configuration?
- Directories -> ac-dir -> Export
We can update Provider Information.
But internal user such as superadmin account credential might be empty in database.
We need test and researches to see if this scenario is possible and supported.
I have more researches internally for this scenario.
Unfortunately, due to dependencies creating during installation, only one user store can be selected at installation stage and changing user store is not supported.
We can change different AD but changing user store requires new installation.
