    If you configured CABI reports to be sent as an email attachment but the end user is getting it without the file extension then you can use the available CABI placeholders to overcome this situation, for this particular case %EXT% (File Extension) is the placeholder to be used and should be defined as follow within the report email notification settings:

     

    Use Specific Name: Reportname.%EXT% (note: filename dot %EXT%)
