PAM Client 3.3.0.1085 Download

Please let me know how I can get the PAM Client 3.3.0.1085 without internet connect.
My custmers ban to connect the internet from their clients.
So, I want to give them a suitable  PAM Client program.

I could get a progam below:
 https://d21oi5tjuccwe.cloudfront.net/ca-pam/install/win/CAPAMClientInstall_V3.3.0.exe

But, PAM tries to connect to the internet due to get the PAM Client 3.3.0.1085.
How should I do to get the suitable program?

　Addition: PAM virtul appliance is CAPAM_3.3.0.p.bin
