  • 1.  Cannot connect to GUI of CA PAM Appliance

    I have 4 CA PAM Appliances and running Cluster Multiste. (2 Devices on HNI Site-primary site, 1 Device on DNG site-Secondary site, 1 Device on HCM Site-Secondary Site)

    Today I upgraded OS to version 3.3.

    When I configured Cluster Multiste I can't connect to Primary site via Web and Client (Secondary Site connect normal).

    Pls help me

    I see error codes: PAM-CM-0039, PAM-UI-1702.

    Hello Nguyen,

    Can you connect to the  Primary node using the "config" user and check what license features are enabled?
    Also, did you stop the cluster and perform the upgrade and upgrade of all the cluster nodes is required.
