    Dear All

What is the default transfer rate speed of software deployment to end targets and what is the default count of servers where job will be initiated / executed.. If so, can we change it to customer specific.

Example : We are deploying 100 servers in a single software delivery job and does the installation will start immediately in 100 servers or to some default count (like 10 / 20 / 30 ,etc..)

    another scenario

We are deploying software for 100 servers with each one server have one job (100 Jobs) on a same day / same time.. Will 100 jobs will initiated on same time or to some default count (like 10 / 20 /30 ,etc...) jobs will be initiated / completed and followed by others..

If you create a Software Delivery job to target 100 Agents that all report to the same Scalability Server, then by default the SS will trigger the first 50 in the list. As one job finishes the SS will trigger the next until all 100 are complete.

The SS configuration setting "Concurrency: Maximum number of simultaneously executing agents on Scalability Server" can be used to change the default value of 50 Executing Agents. Depending on the power of the server, network bandwidth you may be able to set this higher.

If the install of the package takes some time, then its best to always set the job execution to "run off line from server". This is a setting when you build the Job Container.
