Agent Make , Model shows N/A

    Dear All,

    We have few ITCM agent machines showing Make , Model , Type as N/A as shown below.

    .
    We have AM , Basic & SD agent deployed on these machines, but still we are missing few basic inventories.. What could be the problem and how to fix these issues
