  • 1.  Job execution error, no access to software package library. [SDM228471]

    Hi,

    I'm having some problem when i try to deploy software packages.

    One error i get is "Job execution error, no access to software package library. [SDM228471]"

    And sometimes i get "Job execution postponed. Unable to download package from SS or any collaborating agent. [SDM228514]"

    I see it looks in "c:\Program Files\CA\DSM\SD\tmp\activate\" but the correct directory is suppose to be "C:\CA\DSM\SD\tmp\activate\" How can i change it ?

    Atle,

     

    In the Software Delivery SS configuration set NASD support to False.

     

    Open a support issue and request test fixes "T55L092 (SD job not retried when failed)" "T55L095 (Reduce delay in SD Server)"

    Neighbour Aware Software Distribution is set to false. But still same problem.

    I have tried to make a support issue, but i get "User is not active in system, Please contact your admin"
