  • 1.  Software Content Download Job Error

    Hi Team,

    We have CA ITCM 14 SP2 with patch manager on same server box. Software content download job was running fine till 31-Dec-19.. After that it was not working.. In CIC log we can see com.ca.sccc.CCAcmeClient] - SocketException Connection Reset occurred: retrying the operation .
    message. Can some one else help on this

    Hi Rajesh,

    Could you please check if https://contentupdate.broadcom.com/igsponsor is accessible from the manager machine where its failing?

    Whether contentupdate.ca.com or contentupdate.broadcom.com IP got changed ?..

    I am getting below error in log file

    ERROR [com.ca.sccc.CCException] - Domain '' MDB is currently being used by another CIC.
