    Hello,
    this is a good disguise. Is this then too for CA client automation?
    All links to the old forum no longer work.
    How can I find the old discussions and look them up?

    I did manage to create enterprise support access.
    However, in the download support only the old 12.x versions are offered.
    What about the 14.0.2 version for which I actually need the support?

    How can I establish download support for 14.2 in the enterprise support access page?

    Yes, this is the new home for the CA Client Automation (ITCM) forum.

     

    The old content can be access through the links in the green box highlighted in this screen shot.

     

     

    If you are having trouble on the Support site with access to the correct downloads then please open a support ticket.

    Thank you.
    I opened a support case for our customer ID. 
    Hopefully Broadcom changes the download support access quickly to the correct product, which is CA Client automation 14.0.2.
    The current download support offered for versions 12.0, 12.1, and 12.2) does not help us as we don't have such products. 
    I doubt these versions existed in the last 10 years for CA client automation.
    I added screenshots for this new support case.
