    Dear Team,

    Could you Please help on below error,

    RC CANT Resolve the user,when i try to add Active directory user to provide remote control permission i am getting this error.

    Note:

    local user can able to take the remote,
    i have added AD user to root address/global address book
    I have provided all privilege to the user but its not working
