CA ITCM Password

Is it necessary Enterprise Manager Server, Domain Manager Server and Scalability Server Password should be same ?

For understanding, what password?
Windows OS?
User CA_ITRM?
Access to DSM EXPLORER?
I have not seen in any document stating that you need to have the same passwords.
But it does have the necessary privileges.
