Once the recording of remote access is started, can not I press the button to stop recording?

Note: I do not want it to be possible to press the button to stop recording.

    follows attached.

Remote Control supports both Host and Viewer side recording. The button in

the Viewer control the Viewer side recording and the user can use the

button to stop and start the recording.

If you want to enforce that all sessions are recorded then you must use

Host based recording and that is controlled by configuration policy.

    Hi Steve,
all the remote accesses are being recorded what I need is that it is not possible for those who access to stop the recording if there is a way to lock the button.

The button should not stop the host side recording. If it is, please open a

    support issue.

    Steve,
I configured the automatic recording directly into the DSM (local computer) agent, as soon as the remote session opens the recording starts and the recording button is active but it is possible to stop recording, this option to stop recording I would like to lock the button .

In my environment, I have a police officer.
Everything is saved and stored in the path informing C: \ windows \ temp.
However when accessing the Analyst also has the option of recording.

             FILE: HOSTNAME_USER_DATE.URC

    example

does not allow the analyst to choose, everything is recorded

    block analyst recoder

All remote access is being recorded, by the policy quoted above.
