    Hello,

I'm having a problem with Remote Control on machines for which Windows 10 adaptive DPI Scaling is 100% superior

I end up with the blue background of CA RC when it can not display, see in attachement.

    Do you encounter this problem?

    How to correct it?

    Thanks

I manage to recover the remote control by doing CTRL + ALT + DEL then disconnect of the client and finally reconnect !

My version of CA is 14 SP2 :

Is this still an ongoing issue, or was a support case opened for the problem with DPI >100% and ITCM Remote Control?

I've tested using two Win10 1803 laptops, both with DPI scaling at 125%, and I was able to connect without issue.

Have you tried updating the RC driver?

Remote Control Windows 10 1709 (Falls Creator Upda - CA Knowledge

The updated mirror driver seems to be solving several long-standing compatibility issues... so give it a try and let us know...

    Hi Brian,

A Support case has been opened for this.

I could reproduce the problem with updated RC Driver for Windows 10 1709 problem.

The problem occurs only if logon is done during the RC session.
