  • 1.  Failed to download UPM

    Hi Guys

     

    Currently the UPM does not create the files to download in the established route even though all the bug fixes are satisfactory

     

    i check this

    - Access from the Server to the URL http://contentupdate.ca.com:5250/igsponsor  

    - Access from the Server to the URL https://contentupdate.ca.com/igsponsor 

    verify the configuration in the proxy as well as the traffic of the same

    - Test with different patches

    - The CIC is working and updating the list of UPM patches

    - Logs do not sow mensage errors

    -  Uninstall the Antivirus

    Did you configure the proxy in UPM?

    yes i configure i in logs process start download but obtain the same result, the patch dont download

    Hi Jonathan,

     

    We could not see any error in the extract of log you posted. Please could you attach an extract showing the download error or attach the full pmengine.log file ?

    Hi JY Guiblet

     

    that is the inconvenience that the pmengine.log file does not show any error message even in debug mode, I have an open case in Support for more than 1 month and we still have no solution. why post in the community if anyone has any additional suggestions
