in Client Automation 14.0.2,
we have a weird glitch:
All the Windows 10 Pro 1803 french appear as Unclassified but the Enterprise version is correctly detected.
Any one knows how to correct this? I thought updating Software content would correct this but it didn't change anything...

Finally, the Windows 10 pro 1803 work fine, it was an error on our part with the version used
We still have the problem but only with Windows 10 pro for Workstation.

If SO04442 is installed on both the Agent, DM, DSM Explorer and the Content
Download job run recently. But, you still get the problem?
Then open a support issue.

Does this t55v168 also apply on Windows Server 2016?
Its always best to use the newest version of OSConfig.xml on the newest
