  • 1.  UPM integration with service desk manager

    HI

     

    i have integrated UPM with CA Service Desk Manager. I would like to know how I can improve the documentation of the change that is generated as I only have this in Order Description

     

    - some other field that can add? 

    - is possible attach CI applied this patch automatically?

    The only thing you can do is make changes to the Change Order Template in Service Desk.

    it is possible to include other details coming from UPM, as I get the list of fields that are used through integration webservices.
