Hi all,

is there available some detail documentation or best practices on how to manage a VDI environment?

In particular two situations:

- the management of "template images" (golden images) that are activated dynamically as VM machines and used from Thin Clients or terminal emulations;

- the management of software upgrade of one or more "template images" (golden images)
