Just making a note that CA will be migrating all the production content servers inside a new data center over the weekend (22nd April) starting at 10am IST (12:30am EDT). There will be an outage during DNS changes for the external IP of contentupdate.ca.com and traffic re-routing. You may experience connectivity issues if CIC is scheduled to connect to the service always and/or CIC is configured to connect to the service using the existing IP 141.202.248.110 instead of contentupdate.ca.com. In cases where an IP is configured, it’s recommended to switch back to contentupdate.ca.com.
