  • 1.  *Remove SW runs automatically after installing software

    Hi All,

     

    We have started facing some issue while deploying software to the systems.

    After deployment, the software installed successfully and the job status shows successful as well. But while checking manually, the software doesn't exist on system.

     

    After checking on each target, expanding Jobs, Software jobs, we found that *Remove SW procedure runs automatically after the previous procedure.

    Can anyone help me on this ?

    Wasique,

     

    Is this happening for all sw packages, some, or just one? Do you have any Software Based Policies set up?

     

    Let us know more details about the scope of the problem so we can try to narrow this down.

    The procedure got created automatically for all the software. but the removal procedure runs on some machine not all.

    We don't have any software based policies.

    Wasique, it would be best for you to open a support case here. This one will require a support engineer to take a webex session and see what is going on.
