  • 1.  WSUS registry entry missing from Report

    Hi All,

     

    We are facing issue with our wsus server as the registry entry for wsus is showing no data or blank netry while running the report from DSM Reporter but after checking manually the entry exists with required details. This is happening on around 250 machines.

     

    Did anyone face the same issue ?

    Any help would be appreciable.

    We don’t collect this registry entry by default, so if it is collected for some machines it must be an Asset Job that is collecting it. Does it appear under the ‘Additional’ section of your inventory? If so, you need to determine why the job is not working on some assets. Could be it is set up for 64 bit machines and doesn’t work on 32 bit or vice-versa?
