ITCM 12.8 Location Awareness Queries

Hello there, I would like to share some Location Awareness queries raised by clients: Environment: ITCM 12.8, Windows 2008 Question: What ITCM agent will work to implement ITCM Location Awareness. Answer: The agents should be ITCM 12.8 to support Location Awareness in ITCM 12.8. Question: Will implementing Location Awareness cause any issues for ITCM 12.5 agents? Answer: ITCM 12.5 systems will be fine, it's not a problem.

Thanks for sharing the info Julie.

The Location Awareness policy will be implemented on the 12.8 agents but will not affect or break the pre 12.8 agents as the parameters don't exist.
