CIC ınstallation failed with code 1603

Hi,

I am trying to install new version of CA ITCM R 12.8. I want to use Remote
MDB. My SQL version is like that

My OS version is Windows NT 6.2, (Windows Server 2012 Standart)
. Firstly I installed CCS including MDB on SQL server. After that I try to
insatll CA ITCm on a different machine. Before installation    installed SQL
Client Management tools and can connect to mdb server. When I start
installation it fails w  th return code: 1603.

I found Document ID TEC546458  as solutuin and Copied the file
<CAITCM_SOURCE_PATH>\WindowsProductFiles_x86\CIC\jre\lib\ext\charsets.jar to
<CAITCM_SOURCE_PATH>\WindowsProductFiles_x86\CIC\jre\lib. But it fails again.

How can I fix this.

There may be a fix for this. I recommend you to open a support issue for the same.
