The AWI logfile name should be [Hostname]_[AWIURL]_LOG.[asc_number].txt per default.
In Tomcat installations its in [your_tomcat_installation]/logs
In Opposite to AE there different kinds of logs there, webserver logs, access logs and the AWI logs.
And they 're really hard to read, THX, JAVA
cheers, Wolfgang

Are there other AWI log files besides those from websphere?
I'm sorry, I don't know anything about AWI with WebSphere.
It's possible that there are other log files, maybe try looking through the "usual" directories (/var/log, under the install directory, under the deploy directory, event log if you are on Windows).
Possibly some other WebSphere users can also shed light on this here, but I have a hunch most installations will be using a Tomcat ...
Best,
Carsten

Hi All,

We have reset the correct time this morning (and restart the websphere server), but the error still remain.
Are there other AWI log files besides those from websphere?
Thanks so much!!
Claudia

Ahoi,
if I had to guess I would say the system time from one system (local PC, AWI Server, AE Sever) differs from the others.
Did you know that there was a TimeZone Changing Bug in Automic Software ? :-P
No worries, not your version :-)
Are you able to log on to other clients?
cheers, Wolfgang

Hi Claudia.
I'd look at both the server and tomcat log files at precisely the time you try to login. That should likely hold some sort of clue.

Hi All,
I have installed Automic Automation 12.3 on a distributed environment:
Automation Engine, Db Server (SQL Server) and Agent each on a server Window Server, and AWI on a Linux server on WebSphere 9.0.
All processes on Service Manager are running and cookie are enabled by the browser, but when I try to login on client 0 session expired.
What checks can I make?
Thanks a lot!
Claudia
