AE12.3.X Agents worth upgrading to?

Hi all,
as there were some major changes in agent binaries in V12.X most colleagues recommended staying at V11.2 Agent version.

We sporadically tested V12.3.2 OS Agents (Linux, AIX, Windows) and did not find major issues so far. So we wonder if we can upgrade all our agents to 12.3.X systemwide.

Question to you: Do you run your OS Agents in V12.3.X sucessfully and without major issues?

Hi Keld,

no its not planned.

Cause#1 the implentation is "not that easy" on win and linux with automic (today is my polite day)
Cause#2 we have a bunch of security tools, firewalls, AVscanners, and lots more so I do not want to make it more complicated as it is now.

I have upgraded all of our agents (Windows, Linux, SQL, RA and PS) to v12.3.2 about a month ago and have not seen any issues.

We have started to test the V12.3 Windows Agent, Service Manager and Service Manager Dialog and have not found any issues yet.

​Hey, does anyone know if there is still a download page for action packs like "Unix Agent 12.3"? I cannot find the old page anymore.
I would like to use the CAU, but I don't know how to create those packs by myself.
