    Hi.  We're in final stages of testing V12.

    Due to a known issue we downgraded a handful of UNIX agents from 12.3.1 to 12.2.3.  That resolved the known issue, but now we're unable to stop / start the agent via ucybsmcl anymore.  Or at least not the same way.

    We had things configured for CAPKI and this required adding in the -certificate and -key into the ucybsmcl command.  We also have a password prompt as well.

    For the agents that were downgraded, that command no longer works.  I have to remove the -certificate, -key and even -password parameters.  Then it stops / starts the agent again.

    It seems like downgrading the agent using CAU did something weird with the CAPKI security.  And/or I did something wrong in the process.

    Has anyone run into anything like this?

    Hello,

    Can you be more specific on which UNIX variant (Linux, AIX, SunOS) you encounter this issue?
    We are also doing some testing with CAU so this is a good info for us.

    Thanks for the information.


    On our testing, the Linux agents seems to work upgrading and downgrading via CAU.
    But we found new issue during testing because of this testing.

    We already informed the support about this CAU issue.
