    Hello Experts,

We are seeing a large number ( thousands ) of REPORT objects are in AW / ProcessMonitorig stuck in 1551 - Transferring status. That effecting AE's performance.

    - The responsible jobs are already ENDED_NOT_OK, deactivated and NOT in ProcessMonitoring anymore.
    - Tried Renew TransferKeys / stop / start / restart the agent & ServiceManager on the LINUX Agent server they are dependent on but agent report says .TXT file not found but transferring instances are NOT going away.
    - CANCEL option for REPORT objects could not cancel them.
    - Change_Status_Manually - Manually_Cancelled - Just works one by one selection, NOT available for bulk selection.
    - CANCEL_UC_OBJECT / DEACTIVATE_UC_OBJECT didn't work.

Any suggestion to clean them up in a bulk ?
Also even the responsible UNIX job is ENDED_NOT_OK why the REPORT objects are still in Transferring state ? Any idea ?

Maybe try bouncing the OWP to see if it will recognize they are finished? Is there anything in the OWP log that shows any issues with transferring the reports?

    Hi Prosenjit,
I think you have two options:
You can open a ticket and ask for SQL statements to delete definied tasks.
Or you can write a Java program using the Application.Interface which can change the status of the tasks.
    Good luck,
    Tim
