ServiceManager v12.3.3 (Windows 64bit) does not create certificate files

    Hi,

    it seems there is a bug in ServiceManager v12.3.3 because the application should create the certificate files (*.pem) if they don't exist. Well - v12.3.3 does not create the files. So I downgraded to v12.3.2 and this version is working fine.
