Hi Wolfgang,
thanks for your reply, maybe you are talking about the request for "Activation Report"?
I should disable request for "Request user input".
Promptset documentation says:
"If you include such a task in a Workflow, you must decide whether you want to interrupt the Workflow to enter them or not.
If you do not want to interrupt it, you specify here the values that will be entered automatically in the PromptSet so that no user input is required at runtime".
All Prompset values are filled.
Automic version is 12.3.
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks
Claudia

Ahhh now I understand your issue correctly!
I had a support call open regarding this with the basic questions:
is it anyhow possible to suppress the pop-up?
Whats the purpose of this behavior?
and got the answer (Case ID : 20045785):
Hi Wolfgang,
After review and discussion, this behavior is as designed and would need an enhancement request to be considered for revision in a later release. I wasn't able to find a direct rationale for this behavior (or description via the documentation), and believe it would be a great idea to send to our Community:
https://community.broadcom.com/enterprisesoftware/communities/communityhomeblogs?CommunityKey=2e1b01c9-f310-4635-829f-aead2f6587c4
I'm unaware of any method to suppress this functionality at this point and would highly suggest this be included in your idea submission.
I've proceeded with case closure at this point, but if you run into any product issues please feel free to open a new case and we will be happy to assist!
So almost no answer...
I think the main goal of automic at the moment is closing tickets nothing else...
cheers, Wolfgang

Hi all,
I still can't disable the request even if the "Request User Input" flag is not selected and the runtime configurations for "Generate Task" is set to Runtime.
What checks do you recommend me to make?
I should urgently resolve ...
Thanks to all!
Claudia

Hi Wolfgang,

This is what I have done, all the prompt variables have a value (from VARA object).. there is something else I have to check to disable the request?
Thansk a lot for your help!

if you have an object with a PRPT put it in a workflow and satisfy the prompt variables within the task properties in the workflow.

Hi All,
I disabled the "Request User Input" flag in the "Task Prompt / Evaluation" section of the workflow and enabled the "Generate Task at: Runtime" flag. The request is always active, even for workflows within the parent workflow.
How to disable the request?
Thanks to all!
Claudia
