EMAIL GET and READ

Hi,

I have requirement where I need to read mails for a particular subject ( for e.g. Network Congestion) and from particular email ID([e-mail]) from a mail box (IMAP).

Once I read the mail I should also read the content of the email and depending upon some lines I need to perform an action.

I have downloaded and installed the pack PCK.AUTOMIC_EMAIL.

But not able to understand how it needs to be configured, any guidance or document would be helpful

Hi Sachin,

You need to download the Mail Integration Solution from the Marketplace (see screen shot below). Install it like any other RA agent (1. Load solution to AE database, 2. create agent object manually in C0000, 3. adapt ini, 4. start agent)

Does ist cost a License or something like this? 
Is that for "free" ?

Yes, it's an agent, thus it's not for free...

If you're running V12.2 or below, your license file needs to contain the license "EX.RA".

I was able to successfuly install the RA Agent and EMAIL Integration Pack. But now I am stuck on the FILTER Options available  for e.g. I want to read mails which are of current date only and UNREAD mails, with specific subject.

I tried mentioning 1 in the field OLDER THAN, but it doesn't work it every time reads the complete mail box.
