    Hi Team,

    We have a Workflow : JDE_P2P_ALGERIA_COMMON_PD_V15 within a schedule : JDEDWARDS_PD_SCHEDULES_V15_ALGERIA_TZ and is to run every Sunday to Thursday at 1:30 am CET. The schedule is activated and Job is also active but it is not triggering as per scheduled time since the last 3 days.

    The version of AWA is 11.2.


    Kindly assist us on this issue on priority. and escalate the issue.

    The Job has not run since 2nd April 2020.

    if you are using one of the latest version of UC4 / AWA / One Automation please get in contact with Support to open a ticket.
    Otherwise update/upgrade your system and check if the problem still exists.

    Hi Mohd,

    Some questions:
    1. Have you checked the calendar for any recalculation errors
    2. What does the JSCH log say 
    3. What is the status of the JOBP in its statistics
    4. Any time zone used within the JSCH (attributes tab)
    5. If you use any time zone: did it have a switch to daylight saving time from 1. to 2. April
    6. What status does the JOBP have in the JSCH monitor?

    What status does the JOBP have in the JSCH monitor? :: The Status of Job : JDE_P2P_ALGERIA_COMMON_PD_V15 is ENDED_OK_NORMALLY

    Workflow status in schedule

    ​Hi.

    I notice all the scheduler log entries for JDEDWARDS_PD_SCHEDULES_V15_ALGERIA_TZ are from 2020-04-02 and there appears to be not much beyond that date. Also, your scheduler screenshot shows no "scheduled check" or "next start time". Is your scheduler running and active in the activity window? Did you try terminating and restarting the scheduler, just as a test? Are there any other jobs in the scheduler, do those run?

    Also, you do realize with your requests to expedite and prioritize things that most people responding here are not Broadcom support but volounteers, right? If one wants to expedite priority in a service level categorization, may I suggest filing a Broadcom support ticket, where such provisions are actually a thing.

    Thanks for your valuable support.

    We just had one test Job scheduled in the Job which we have deactivated and removed now.

    The Job schedule does not show any entry in the activity window and the Job schedule is shown as active for now .

    One Job is running in this schedule that need to run at 01:30 am CET and its not running as per schedule

    You need to start a JSCH. If it doesn't show up in the activities window, it isn't started.

    With all due respect, I am Carsten, not Christen.​ Christen is a name for a different gender.

    Start it like any other job: Right click it and select "execute" or "run" or "launch" or something similar - I don't have access to the old Java client anymore so I can't look it up. Schedulers need to be started. Once it is started, it will show up in the activity window, and it should work.

    it's a nice screen shot of an activity window that doesn't display any JSCH. My conclusion is: the JSCH is NOT started thus it will not do anything. Start the JSCH as you start any other object.

    I have started the Schedule now and its showing as active in the activity window now.

    The report shows as :

    2020-04-07 11:59:31 - U00011088 Task 'JDE_P2P_ALGERIA_COMMON_PD_V15' does not start because the scheduled start time lies before the start time of 'JDEDWARDS_PD_SCHEDULES_V15_ALGERIA_TZ'.

    Puuuuh,

    I strongly recommend to have at least a basic training for Automic...

    Right click on the JSCH in the activities window, open the JSCH monitor. Check the "scheduled check" column. What does it display?

    BASICS: The "start time" 01:30 is either the time related to the client time zone (check client object in the <No Folder> or the time zone used in the JSCH. You said, the latter isn't used, so what time zone is used in your client?
