external dependency status

In V11 you could set the  default for external dependencies at the workflow level under the settings tab for each user...
We set that default to be blank(nothing specified)..
In V12 that is defaulting to ENDED_OK...  I can't find where I set the default in v12 to be blank instead of ENDED_OK.. 
We need it to be blank... when its set to ENDED_OK and that external dependency has a calendar entry so that it doesn't run that day
it will be in a "blocked" status and hold up the entire workflow..
Here is how we set it in v11..

How do I accomplish the same thing in v12?

Hi, 
the ability to make the settings comes only back again in AWI 12.3.
until then you find the value in db_table ini, section settings.
