V12.3 Sync Monitor default View Setting

    During our user acceptance testing from v11.2 to 12.3.2. HF1, AWI 12.3.2.HF3, this has come up...

    When using Sync Monitor is it possible to switch to "List View" by default instead of Hierarchical view?   Our testers are troubled because in v12, when sync monitor is accessed, by default it displays "No results found" when workflows are waiting and executing in sync, due to Hierarchical view default.
     
    I've looked at everything I can think of in the AWI and got nothing...

    May just be how it is but I told them I'd ask.
