  • 1.  Monitoring Data could not be retrieved error in AE Process monitoring screen

    Hi,

    We are running AE 12.3.1. We had thousands of objects lying in the activity window. So we created a script to deactivate all the objects(Jobs, Jobp, FTP, Event etc.) with non active status. Half way through this activity now we are getting an error in the process monitoring screen when choosing the non-hierarchical view. Hierarchical view is still working. Can anyone suggest what happened and how we can resolve this issue?

    Ok after restricting the data to last 10 days I am able to view the objects in the Process monitoring screen. Could it be that the data being retrieved was too huge and we got a time out?

    Hi @KumarRahul605332

    It is possible that it is due to number of records. Do you perform the regular maintenance on your E system using AE DB Maintenance ?​

    Hi Bobby,

    Yes maintenance job is running but it seems to be deleting less data. Below is the current value of records in the various tables of the database. Do you think its too much and we have to increase the frequency of the job from once a week.
