Hi All,
I've noticed on customer site - when the activity refresh is set to automatically all "x" seconds, and the customer works in another browser window, with another application - once the activity refresh occurs, it will remove focus from the window the customer currently works with.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way how to avoid it? Only workaround found yet is to set refresh to manually.
