Question regarding VARA.SEC_SQL auto-numbering of Bind parameter

When I enter a bind parameter like displayed in the attached screenshot the numbering starts with "1". When I run a preview, it complains: must declare the table variable '@P0'. The problem is that the column "#" doesn't allow to change the numbering. The old V11 docu displays, that the automatic numbering in V11 starts with "0" not with "1". Can someone pls confirm that this is a bug or am I wrong and missed something?

As far as I know, bind parameters are numbered starting with 1, not 0.
