    Good morning community,
We have a problem or question with an issue that I see has already been resolved in the knowledge base.
Attached direct link to the subject:

    https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/200060/unable-to-access-awi-after-upgrade.html

If we access the link, there is a solution.-

    The question is:
Is it applied as indicated, copy, paste and execute? or do you need to adjust or customize the insert?
    Thanks for your urgent help.

Hello Santiago, as the article says that's an example.
If you look at the insert, it seems done for a MS SQL Server database (INSERT [dbo].[HOST])  , don't think that is your case if it's Oracle it would be INSERT INTO HOST...
Additionally, the values in the columns are the ones for this particular customer:
    VALUES (100003, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, N'C', N'10.46.128.48', 2217, 0, 0, 0, NULL, NULL, N'12.3.3+hf.4.build.1598599742445', NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, 0, NULL, NULL, 0, 0, NULL, 0, 0, 0, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, N'UC4', 8871, N'UC4 JCP', 1, 1, N'dedke01-ae1', NULL, NULL, NULL, N' ', 0)

If you don't know what to put in each of the parameters, I suggest you to open a case with Technical Support so that we can guide you though it.
    Thanks
    Adrian
