Automic One Automation consumes more disk space

Hi Automic Experts,

we are using Automic one Automation for processing Autosys events and triggering alerts forwarded through REST API.
we are using Automic with a single client & MS SQL server DB, However, just within a week, we did see around 50 GB space utilization by Automic DB & about 20 + GB utilization by Kafka and postgreSQL.  we had to stop pushing messages to Automic as we cannot server ran out of disk space, & we are unsure of its higher threshold. 
how do we purge old & unwanted data?, Automic Documentation didn't help much. Please assist.

Hi Govardhanan,

check for database reorganisation (archice/reorg/unload) in the docu or ask your AE admin as he should have learned this in the admin training.
