We have just upgraded to 12.3 and have encountered the following issue:
We have a print job that needs a file format of PCL. This is a VALID format in PeopleSoft but is NOT a selection in Automic. Prior to our upgrade, we were able to get around this by selecting PDF on the PS Form page; save the page; and then, update the value on the PS Process Line tab to PCL and save again. The result is that even though the Form page said PDF, the Process Line (what is passed to PS), says PCL. This has worked, without incident for some time.
Now, when we update the PS Process line to PCL, the File Format on the PS Form page gets updated to PCL. The result is that the JobS fails with an invalid selection on line 6 (file format line).
I have filed a case with Automic as they are supposed to be PS compliant, but are not in this case.
In the meantime, our only workaround is to create a PS_JOB and call that from Automic. Works but is a sloppy work around.
I have researched to see if there is a valid selection in Automic that would equal PCL and try that but have not found anything.
Was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and what your solution to this was.
