    Hello,

Please, be aware of the following potential issue during DST change for some old product versions:

Note that it was fixed already 1 year ago, but just wanted to remind you in case you are still running an old version that does not include the fix.

    Best regards,

Has anyone that has already had their time change this past Sunday (Oct. 27th) experienced any issues with the fixed versions?

We're on 12.3, switched this weekend and I have not heard any reports about DST-related timing issues from the user base, no.

However, it's not guaranteed that there are jobs at 2am and that we'd even hear about any issues if there are some, so take that with a grain of salt.

We have seen an issue where an event that fires every minute does not fire again for those minutes it has already fired for.  So the event stops between 2 and 3 the second time around.

This is 12.2 and should have last years fix applied for the Job Schedules

I just went back and looked at an event that we have that runs every 15 minutes and saw that it didn't fire either during that "duplicate" time frame.  Anyone know if that is be design?  I haven't heard any complaints from my customers...yet.

    Hi
We are currently on version 12.1.1 HF 1 and we are in the southern hemisphere - Australian timezone
So we have the clock going BACKWARDS this weekend - April 5th sunday the clock will go back 1 hour.
We have at least 4 clients in automic where JSCH objects are used heavily.
    Should i be worried?
    Need to do anything?
i have logged a call to support but not received any feedback yet.
    thanks

    Hi @Malathy THIRU
Here is the link to the knowledge base article on the topic
    https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=129487

The issue affects the following service packs per release:

    Automation.Engine 11.2.9 and 11.2.10
    Automation.Engine 12.0.6 and 12.0.7
    Automation.Engine 12.1.3 and 12.1.4
    Automation.Engine 12.2.1 and 12.2.2

Please note that systems running on earlier service packs are not affected, so for instance v12.0.6 is affected but AE 12.0.0 thru v12.0.5 are not affected.

So it seems your current version is not affected.

    cheers
    David
