    Hi,

    It is rather an Autosys topic than an Automic one but it may become an Automic one.
    Autosys does not have any such mecanism. It can only open a ticket in CA Service Desk.

    I see this solution:
    Use Automic Event Management and ServiceNow Action Pack.

     Since Autosys 11.3.6 SP6, you can send all events to Automic platform. You can Autimic free of charge for this limited usage. It replaces the old Unicenter Event Management (you have it on the CCS iso file).
    In Automic, you create a Simple Rule Event object to catch the pattern JOBFAILURE. It will trigger an Automic Workflow to start the ServiceNow action pack object.
