SAP agent not authenticated

Hello,

I'm having an issue whereby my SAP agent is not authenticated after I deploy it in my client's Unix environment.
I have tried renewing the transfer key, but it still didn't help.

The CP report showed the agent is connected but disconnected automatically after awhile.
UC_AS_SETTINGS authentication is set to "no"

I deployed OS agent with no issue. appreciate anyone's help on this.

Did you try removing the .kstr file?

Otherwise, check the logs (agent, but also smgr and engine). Start it on the command line without smgr, see if it throws any errors; the Java processes on Unix can write stuff to stdout you don't get to see unless you run it in foreground.

Also possibly check if it can reach the engine (telnet to the cp host, cp port as configured in the .ini file).

I have found the issue, it was due to agent version incompatibility. once we deploy the right agent version, everything works perfecty.
