Connecting status is stuck / hanging

    Hi All,

    Do you know someone how can I fix this problem:

    connecting status stuck


    Anytime I have to cancel connecting status than restart job. I checked agent log but I did not find anything. Connection was OK in this time.

    You may want to check to see if your agents need to be updated to a more recent version.  We recently ran into this issue and an update to the agent resolved the issue.  Below is the description of the fix that resolved ours.

    In File Transfers on Windows, if the source Agent cannot contact the target Agent, the reverse connection is used. 
    A problem has been solved in this scenario that caused the Agent to send an invalid message if the source file did not exist. The message was ignored by the Automation Engine and the File Transfer remained in "Active" or "Connecting" status.
