Hi Hima,
The integration to the multiple levels of the BW Process Chains is a decision point as to how deep you want to control SAP using the UC4 for SAP Agent. This will be limited unless you have the full interface enabled by using the function modules or Transports, we always recommend using ALL the transports as it allows you to integrate into the SP01 Spool entries, (as Franz mentioned). This recommendation comes, and should be integrated into the entire flow at the definition and design level along with your Basis folks just to let them know the whole picture. Once you have fully integrated the UC4/SAP interface, you will be able to monitor the parent Process Chain and down into the Sub Chain level to allow you to insert the UC4 steps, it is important to fully understand where the hand-off is, and keep in mind that once you have a seamless flow going back and forth, it only makes sense to bring more of the starting points into UC4, then whether you have to do a File Transfer, archive, compress step of the exposed data, you can do it seamlessly and with dependencies and notifications triggered from UC4. The standard recommendation here is when to integrate AE with SAP, and you will find that the external data management steps only enhance SAPs power and your Basis folks will be more cooperative. I am excited to monitor your journey and hear more of your challenges/successes.

Subject: UC4 BW Process Chain
Hello All,
We are using UC4 for SAP Job scheduling and in this regards we need to do monthly extract from BW process chains.
These BW process chains generally generate huge data( spools), these spools need to be transferred from SAP to some windows shared location
I do have an idea that it can be done via file transfer however we need to complete procedure to try it.
Thanks and Regards
