What is wrong with .... (Version 12.3)

Hello,

just one question, what is wrong with the Support or with the company itself?
Broadcom decided officially to release the 12.3 to the 12th July 2019.

We are just waiting the whole day and try to get information when they will release it today. But we have no luck.
There is a new version since this morning for 12.2 but there is no 12.3 on the download site.

Is there another timezone? Or will there be a new release day? Sorry but this is not seriously.
We just moved once our change process because of the delay and we have to move it again.

How is this possible?

The release has been delayed until 19th July due to a last minute issue.
