Agent unable to retrieve the reports from Server

    Hello Team,

    We are using Solaris Agent to login to SQL Plus and execute PLSQL Procedures. Sometimes, the job is getting completed, however, Agent is not retrieving the reports back from Target Server to AWA. We are using Output Scan to read the contents of the reports and this is leading to job failures every time when Agent is unable to bring the reports back.

    I have checked the Agent logs and it's showing as below.

    20200206/063217.601 - U02001007 User 'automic' is unknown or an invalid password has been provided.
    20200206/063217.601 - U00029003 Cannot open file '/automic/ServiceManager_1221/bin/../../Agents/unix_1221/bin/../temp/OAASUHKU.TXT(ReadFileAuthority())', error code '4', error description: 'Interrupted system call'.
    20200206/063217.601 - U00029002 Report '8561765' ended abnormally.
    20200206/063217.601 - U02000008 Job 'LGY.INB_AIMS_GETSTATUS' with RunID '8555462' ended normally.
    20200206/063217.605 - U02002040 Disconnected from '*ID39649' (socket handle = 's=9,ID=39649').
    20200206/063217.608 - U02000008 Job 'LGY.INB_AIMS_GETSTATUS' with RunID '8562628' ended normally.

    I am not sure why it's showing invalid password as it's working quite well on the other times. We are using AWI 12.2.4 and we've also upgraded the agent to 12.2.4 few days ago.
