  • 1.  List all jobs and their runtime stats.

    Hi.

    I am using UC4 Operations Manager V8.

I would like to get a list of all my jobs in UC4 as a list, showing their runtime and last status.  Is this possible and if so how?

    Thanks

    Hello IanGoddard606749,

I no longer have a v8 version to confirm this, but it looks like something you can get directly from the statistics.

If you need the list of all objects then fastest way would probably be to query the AH table.

    Best regards,
    Antoine

The reporting tool will almost certainly meet your needs best.

If you want more direct access, and have a good SQL developer and a safe environment to test queries, here's the v9 database structure: https://docs.automic.com/documentation/webhelp/english/ALL/components/AE/9.13/DB%20Schema//db/_structure/HTML/index.htm.  If you have any significant volume of history records, you're going to want to respect the indexes.

AH table is the main history, and doesn't change much between versions (web menu only goes back to v9, but it's probably similar enough to v8).

But again, I would stick with the reporting tool if possible.
