I have created a file transfer job and while execution I am getting an error as "Cannot log on as user 'DEV2K12AP10\automic1'. Error: '1326 - The user name or password is incorrect. Source: LogonUser(BATCH)'." However, the user has admin access on the server. Could you please provide the solution to this.

how about jobs, do they run correctly with the same login object on the same agent?

from/to with the same LOGIN object.. hmm can you check your LOGIN object again as Wolfgang said.
Make sure it have your source and destination credential.
