Windows client Agent error

I have that error in a Windows 2012 Server R2 Agent client x64:

UC4 Version 8.00A022-201

Warning: U4002261 Can not open the Agent object, because it is not yet authenticated.

Can you help me?

Hi,

I'm wondering why you address this to the Automic support at support.automic.com?

Anyway:

• as you might know that UC4 v8 is out-of-everything since 2015.06. Is there any company critical reason why you keep this version active?
• the messages indicates that the object cannot be opened because the Agent is not yet authenticated. So please open the System Overview and proceed as described here https://docs.automic.com/documentation/webhelp/english/ASO/11.2/AE/11.2/All%20Guides/help.htm#ucacsa.htm?Highlight=authenticate agent (although this is for v11.2 in v8 there is the same entry in the context menu; checked this a few minutes ago)
